Reflecting on 2021

As we wrap up the end of the year, I encourage you to take some time over the holiday season to reflect, gain awareness and then imagine how you’d love 2022 to unfold by answering the following questions.

What are the biggest challenges you’ve overcome in 2021?

If there was anything you’d you differently, how would you have done it and why?

What have these challenges taught you?

What are you proud of yourself for?

What are you willing to let go of?

How would you love to walk into 2022?

How would you love to feel in 2022?

How would you love the coming year to unfold?

What goals would you love to achieve?

What qualities would you love to embody more?

What would you love to manifest?

What rituals would you love to implement?

What is one word you’d like to fully own in the coming year?

Take your time with these questions, reflect, learn and then let your imagination take flight and dream about the coming year. Don’t let your negative internal voice stop you. Dream big, dream from your heart and most of all dream about what you want, not what you think, you should be doing.
You are worthy of the most incredible, fun, joyful, abundant life.
